Offered to Send a Sample

Postby timern » Mon Sep 22, 2014 1:27 pm

Below is the last email received from the Vault Grading Company:

Hi Tim,

Thank you for your email. Yes, we have a customer feedback page on our website. We are happy to send you a Vault Graded sample. Please provide an address.

Thank You,

Tiffany

I answered the email the two days later (with the similar email below) and to date have received nothing. I have sent a second email today:

Hi Tiffany,

Just curious since I responded to your email just over a month ago I have yet to receive the sample? Was there a problem? Did you receive my last email? Here’s my address again just in case:

Tim Finney
xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx
Spruce Grove, Alberta
xxx xxx

I look forward to seeing the sample.

I'll keep you informed if I ever do receive something from them. I am curious as to what their slabs are like compared to CGC but alas I have nothing from CBCS to compare to yet! Oh whaoh is me! :flowery:

I'm curious also. I've never seen a Vault slab.

Well it has been more than a month since my last communication with Vault. Suffice it to say that they are nothing more than a fly-by-night grading company with little or no interest in serving the comic book collectors interest.

My recommendation is to avoid them at all cost. Go with a reputable third party grading company that is not cloaked in secrecy!
