Ms. Marvel (1977) #1 Club

Postby John-2814 » Tue Jul 15, 2014 6:47 am

Now that I finally have a copy and nobody else had started this topic yet I figured I would.

It's not a great copy, probably about 3.0 or so roughly but I'm happy to have it anyways.

It looks like it's in need of a press, but this seems more like 6.0 to me. Unless there's back cover/interior problems.

Here's what was posted about it when I bought it.

"has water staining through entire book, also, pencil tracings on front cover over image of Ms. Marvel. plus erasure marks on both breasts and her "hoo ha".
cover detached from bottom staple.
otherwise complete with no cutouts or markings."

I haven't actually looked at it yet though and just bought it because it was cheap and it gave me my first copy.

Bless the seller for honesty

Yeah, stains throughout the book hurts, but I completely understand getting a copy now while it's cheap.

lol yeah. Really makes me wonder, did the person who had it before the person I bought it from really think that using an eraser on the cover would actually reveal anything? :rofllmao:

I love the first issue, Ms M's costume looks great, like J Buscema's art.
